This is Service Request form for SEI

 To schedule either warranty or service calls during normal business hours please call our office @ 979-849-1600.  After hours, please call Lonny Sain at 979-481-3237

If you have a service request and it is not an emergency, please input the information below or call us during normal business hours. In addition please allow  up to 24 hours for someone from our service department to contact you.  

Business hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
